Why Supporting Mothers Matters: Reflections from The Gentle Reset

This month, I had the privilege of supporting an event that felt incredibly meaningful. Sylvia from Healing Lotus and I created The Gentle Reset because we know firsthand what it feels like to be overwhelmed, overstimulated, and dysregulated in the midst of motherhood.
We wanted to create a space where mums could step away from the demands of daily life for a few hours, reconnect with themselves, and gently reset their nervous systems.
We were so grateful to witness the impact of the afternoon and to experience Sylvia's beautiful forest walk meditation, leaving us all feeling calmer, more grounded, and more connected.
The motherhood journey is beautiful, but it can also be exhausting, lonely, and all-consuming at times. So often, mums pour from an empty cup while caring for everyone around them. Taking time to rest, reflect, and reconnect isn't selfish, it's essential.
To every mum navigating the highs and lows of this season: you deserve moments of pause, support, and care too.
