Question: Are your clothes safe for eczema and sensitive skin?
Answer:
Yes. Our garments are made using carefully selected materials that are gentle on delicate skin. We avoid harsh chemicals, irritants, and unnecessary treatments that can trigger flare-ups.

Question: What fabrics do you use?
Answer:
We use soft, breathable, plant-based fabrics chosen to reduce irritation, friction, and overheating - common triggers for sensitive and eczema-prone skin.

Question: Are your products low-toxic?
Answer:
Yes. Low-tox is central to our brand. We prioritise safer materials and responsible processes to minimise exposure to harmful substances, especially for developing skin.

Question: Do your clothes contain synthetic fibres or microplastics?
Answer:
We aim to minimise synthetics wherever possible. When elastane is required for comfort or durability, it is used in very small amounts. (we currently have one product with an elasticated waistband)

Answer:

Question: Are your clothes suitable for newborns?
Answer:
Yes. Many of our styles are suitable from newborn and are designed with soft seams, gentle stretch, and easy-change features for comfort.

Question: How should I wash Coops Clothing?

We recommend:

  • Mild, fragrance-free detergent

  • No fabric softener

  • Line dry where possible

This helps maintain softness and longevity.

Question: Will washing reduce the eczema-safe benefits?
Answer:
No. With proper care, our garments remain gentle and breathable. Avoiding harsh detergents and softeners is key.

Question: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Answer:
We offer refunds and exchanges in line with our Returns Policy. Please note that sale items may have different conditions.

Question: Do you ship within New Zealand?
Answer:

Imperfectly Perfect Collection -

What does “Imperfectly Perfect” mean?
These are brand new items with small cosmetic flaws that didn’t meet our usual standards - but are still completely wearable and beautiful.

What kind of faults are we talking about?
Things like tiny marks, slight stitching irregularities, or small colour variations. Nothing that impacts function or comfort.

Can I return or exchange these items?
All Imperfectly Perfect pieces are final sale due to their discounted nature.

Are they still safe for sensitive skin?
Yes - they’re made from the same organic fabrics you know and love.

Will the fault get worse over time?
No - these are cosmetic only and won’t affect the longevity of the garment.
